  Do not and I repeat, do not EVER do business here. I can't say this strongly enough. This business used to be Shasta Properties, recently shut down for not practicing business properly. My college daughter has filed a small claims action against them for making up bogus charges not to return the deposit, or the second half of their unused rent. From the very beginning the receptionist was rude, and then when their rental was broken into and vandalized, they told the kids they had to pay for all the damage. This is not true, that is why there is property owners insurance. They made all kinds of weird threats, and didn't know the difference between a lease and a rental. Stay as far away as you can, you will regret involvement beyond measure.
