  There was no one at the counter when we tried to pick up our car and they didn't show for an hour and a half causing us to miss our flight effectively stranding us in redding California. Thank God the lady at southwest that we talked to managed to work our flights and save us 2000 bucks because of this hertz locations' garbage customer service they also refused to be accountable for their actions up to the general management level. This location is an independent contractor and in no way accountable to the parent company.
