  I should have read the review first before attempting to fix my iPhone 8 Plus. I brought my phone in for a broken screen replacement. First service was quick and easy, I soon noticed the display wasn't working properly and was mistyping letters. I bring the phone back and they agree to put another lcd on. After waiting an hour I go back into the store and speak to the technician who was working on my device. He looks me in the face and said I just broke your backlight, we'll have to get a new device approved by manager Jessica. Jessica calls me back and says the backlights not broken and she's unsure why no other lcd's that she has in stock works on my phone ( funny how the one your company put in a few days earlier worked for a few days ) I take the phone to a third party source and they say that the backlight is broken. I'm a licensed private investigator and this was obviously a cover up for the technician and after further review one can only assume this happens often. I gave their 1800 number a call and after putting me on hold to speak with Jessica they said that Jessica said she doesn't know the problem but it's not your backlight and there's nothing we can do. iPhone 8 Plus around $700 small claims court here we go...
