  I have received the best communication from a chiropractor I have ever had. Sometimes it just take asking the right questions.
  
  I have also started to see progress with my back pain level in the 3 weeks I've been going. I understand because Dr Meredith has communicated that it takes time to get things back to normal that there might be ups and downs on progress especially if I do much lifting which doesn't help the whole process.
  
  I asked how long it should take in the beginning so I am prepared for the number of months it will take for me to get better.
  
  I trust Dr Meredith's opinions and he can show the research to back his beliefs.
  
  I feel well taken care of and don't mind the days I have to wait a little extra bc he is busy. My normal weight time is about 10 mins or less. He does answer my questions before he goes to the next client, which sometimes seems a little rushed but there are others waiting so I understand.

  I was a patient of this office for about 2 and a half months. I started coming here after receiving a flyer in the mail for unlimited chiropractics for $97/month. Seemed like a good deal, instead of paying per visit. The problem with this unlimited payment plan of theirs: people come in ~3x/week & it's a busy office (only because of their unique unlimited plan & their marketing, in my opinion), so the wait times are excessively long. I spent an average of an hour a week (usually 10-35 minutes per visit) in their waiting room chair.. How is that good on the spine?? Being a patient for 10 weeks, that’s 10 hours of sitting there in the waiting room! That’s excessive. Especially when my appointment takes less than 5 minutes!
  
  Every visit felt hurried to get through the herd of patients in the waiting room, and I didn’t feel like I got enough personalized attention for my problem. My adjustment would always feel very rushed (considering most appointments involved a considerable wait time!!) & the whole 3-5 minute appointment was spent just shooting the breeze every single time. Then there’d be promises of, “Next time I’ll show you these exercises that will help you.” Or, “Next time I’ll show you stretches you can be doing at home.” Or, “Next time I’ll demonstrate how to use the equipment in our waiting room.” If I didn’t remind him, it wouldn’t be done & I’d be rushed out of there after my adjustment. So most of these exercises I could’ve been doing to help my back were never shown to me.
  
  I know that with chiropractics & spinal manipulation, it’s normal to be sore because your spine is supposedly changing.. But I never had any major neck pain until I started coming here. My back feels much worse & not better. I was not interested in sticking it out longer when I felt absolutely no relief after going consistently for this long. When you want to cancel your “membership” at this office, they want 2 week’s notice, so if you decide this place isn’t for you & you’re shy of that 2 weeks, you’re billed another $97 & stuck with another month there.
  
  My last issue, and this is more of a personal peeve, is that Dr. Meredith is extremely against vaccines. He went on & on during one of my visits like the typical conspiracy theorist.. Ohhh yeah, it’s all the government these companies are paying off to poison us… Pfft! How can you trust a medical professional that is against modern medicine???????? I can’t.
  
  All in all, between the excessive wait times, rushed adjustments, lack of personal attention, billing cycle you’re stick in, WEIRD medical conspiracy theories of a medical professional, no sort of back relief after several months of being a patient, I would say to find a different chiropractor in Redding. There are plenty of good ones.
