  while the cost is good, the customer service is awful. I dropped my car off around 11:45 am today, it is now 5pm and I have not gotten a call back. I decided to call them and I have been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes for someone to pick up. The system keeps repeating "your call is VERy important to us. please hold while your call is routed to the next available associate."
  
  never again.
