  The bag unloading process took longer than the duration of the entire flight. My flight from SF took one hour. Unloading took an HOUR AND A HALF. Our plane was boarded and took off on its next flight before the bags came out. People started to freak out seeing the plane leave before seeing their bags and started getting vocal. Worst part, there was a private security guard on some kind of power trip threatening to arrest anyone raising their voice(old guy, short gray hair, temperamental). He said if we had a problem with the wait time then call the 800 number. When asked what the 800 number was he said he didn't know. He then referred us to the empty United desk. The United desk wasn't in service because it was 8:00pm. Are you kidding me? When the bags finally came out he yelled "SEE? SEE?" Hire a competent night security guard. You literally have a guard with the attitude of an angsty teenager running around threatening to arrest people for things that aren't even illegal, meanwhile providing zero help to customers. It boggles my mind how this security guard with more badges and patches on his uniform than IQ points never once in his career thought to obtain the service numbers for the whopping two or three airlines he's supposedly looking over. Unbelievable. This airport, and more importantly, its security is a tidal wave of dumb.
