  The customer service is excellent! In addition, the group fitness instructors are personalized, energetic, and clearly passionate about what they do. Every class I have taken has been engaging, motivating, and exciting! They have a wide variety of cardio equipment: spin cycles, elipticals, stair climbers, treadmills, stationary bikes. They have a whole free-weight and ab workout and stretching station. Another huge plus is that there are two heavy-weight bags, a speed bag, and a double-end bag in the group fitness room that anyone can use! I highly recommend this gym for any fitness level, age group, and activity interests.

  This is a awesome gym!! Not extremely huge where there are hundreds of people, you can always find a machine to use and there not shoulder to shoulder so you feel like you get a little privacy during your workout. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly almost a family atmosphere.
