  I went to Bergstrom based on these reviews. Saw him 5 times. IF you want to be yelled and screamed at, see him. He could use some psychiatric medication. The last time I saw him, he told me I was 'strange.' I paid $80 for this information after a 2 minute visit. He never even touched me.

  Dr. Bergstrom is a good Doctor who works from a conservative view (in terms of surgery) which I appreciated. The only problem is with his staff, more specifically an assistant who simply does nothing quickly. This person needs to be continually reminded to follow through with responsibilities. Very frustrating!

  I am so happy I chose the Ent Center of Excellence. I delayed getting my sinus surgery for 15 years, partly because of fear of surgery and I also wanted to make sure I chose the right doctor. Well, I did! I couldn't be happier. I feel amazing. I can breathe. I can taste food. My sinuses were so filled with infection that my face now looks different. The staff here are always so wonderful, nice and funny! I highly recommend this place.
