  I began my CF journey 18 months ago as a busy mom of two boys approaching the big 4-0 who was sick and tired of being out of shape and making excuses. The coaches at CFR are supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely want to see anyone who steps in their box succeed regardless of skill level, age, etc. The members here welcome everyone and have become like a second family. I'm in the best shape of my life and owe it to Bryan and his coaches for the awesome training and keeping me accountable. Hands down the best box in town.

  This is an incredible gym! Dropped in for a workout with my fiancé and Bryan and the box members made us feel so welcome. Awesome space, friendly people, very knowledgeable coach, and reasonable drop in rates. Everything you'd want in a Crossfit gym. We will be sure to stop by if we are ever back in the area!
