  There was only one car in front of us who seemingly didn't order that much (we only saw one bag given to them) and yet it took well over 12 minutes to receive our order of 3 burgers. After we finally got our food, it turned out they forgot to give us the drinks we ordered. I understand that this is a fast food joint so the expectations are low, but these are the key points that a fast food restaurant should be great at. Furthermore, it'd be great if there were some healthier options. Just because it's fast doesn't mean it needs to all be greasy, fatty, salty foods.
