  Worst customer service in Redding. Bid job and then didn't call for like 3 weeks, so I called. Said they were like 3 weeks out on appointments...I call back 3 weeks later, same story. I tell them if they don't complete this week I want to cancel. They call next day to set utility locate appointment . Haven't heard from them since...that was a month ago

  Told me it would be 4 weeks weather permitting. 8 weeks later they started the job . What they didn't tell me was , they don't work in any type of rain at all , they don't work if it might rain that day , they don't work weekends for any reason ( even if it rained the entire work week ) , we go home sick , and we don't work full days . They took several partial days to complete the job, not 2 like this job should have been done in . One to set the post , and the second to finish the job ( entire fence was less than 100 ft ) . They set the post in my concrete driveway 2 in short and had to come back and weld a piece of pipe to the top of it so it would be tall enough. They didn't care at all about the finished look . When told I wasn't paying until the fence was finished properly and looking right , it finally got done properly . Very poor job . Very poor craftsmanship in their work . And Bart the guy who owns the place really doesn't care , just pay him . If you want the job done right without a headache, hire another contractor ! In the end the job looks okay, I shouldn't of had to beg , plead , and complain to get it done properly. If I didn't know what it was supposed to be done like , they would of left me with a very ugly fence in my front yard ! Shame on you Bart ! Your dad ran this place soooooo much better !!!
