  I used my home warranty service and was referred to this company. The tech called me on the phone 1/2 hour before the shop opened and said he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Could not have been more professional. All I had to pay was a small fee set by the insurance co.
  
  I highly recommend them.
