  I worked with Josh Barker's office to buy my second home, and it was like night and day from buying my first one. The buying agent assigned to me, Alex, was there every time I had a question, throughout the whole process and he helped explain things and would even meet up with me, no matter if it was on the weekend or after work. I felt like he was there for me to help negotiate and point out things that I may not have noticed, but his professional eye spotted easily. Josh got me a good price on the home I sold, which I was very grateful for. We ended up buying an amazing home and I would definitely recommend Josh Barker's office, and I will use them again in the future.

  We used Josh Barker's Real Estate Team to purchase our home. We had been kind of looking on our own for about a year prior. We had certain criteria we were looking for and our agent RYAN GREEN was AWSOME at helping us along the way! Our past purchases and selling of houses had not been very pleasant experiences (we had used other Realtor's back then). That was NOT the case this time. Ryan was very clear as to the whole process, he was VERY low key, knowledgeable, informative with answers to our questions and definitely our advocate! We would recommend Ryan and all the staff who assisted us at Josh's office, as all of them were top notch!
