  Haven't gone in yet but I just got off the phone making an appointment for this evening. Was on hold for quite a while and then they dropped the call. I called back and was on hold for a long time again. When I finally got talking to someone she was very 'pushy' and interrupted me every time I opened my mouth. NOT pleased or impressed yet. We'll see how the appointment goes today....
